What we do for you

Four areas where we consistently deliver measurable change. Each engagement is scoped to your situation, not pulled from a template.

Revenue diagnostics

We audit your sales pipeline, pricing structure and customer acquisition costs over a six-week period. The output is a ranked list of revenue levers you can pull immediately, with projected returns for each one. Clients typically see a 12 to 18 per cent revenue lift within the first quarter after implementation.

Operational restructuring

Bloated processes drain cash. We map every workflow from procurement to delivery, identify bottlenecks and redundant steps, then redesign the chain. A recent logistics client cut fulfilment time by 34 per cent without adding headcount. We stay on-site during rollout to troubleshoot in real time.

Financial planning and cash flow

Profitable companies still go under when cash runs dry. We build rolling 13-week cash flow models, stress-test them against realistic downside scenarios and set up early-warning dashboards your finance team can maintain on their own. The goal is simple: no surprises.

Growth strategy workshops

Two-day facilitated sessions with your leadership team. We work through market positioning, competitive gaps and resource allocation using frameworks adapted from our own consulting experience rather than textbook theory. Each workshop ends with a 90-day action plan, owners assigned, KPIs defined.

How an engagement works

No mystery, no jargon. Here is exactly what happens from the first phone call to the final handover.

1

Discovery call (30 minutes, free)

You tell us what is going wrong or what you want to achieve. We ask hard questions. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you elsewhere.

2

Diagnostic phase (2 to 4 weeks)

We review your financials, interview key staff and observe operations. This is not a clipboard exercise. We sit in on meetings, watch how decisions get made and track where time and money leak out.

3

Findings presentation

A clear, jargon-free document. We show you exactly what we found, what it costs you and what fixing it is worth. Every recommendation includes an effort estimate and a timeline.

4

Implementation support (4 to 12 weeks)

We work alongside your team to execute the plan. Weekly check-ins, hands-on problem solving, course corrections as new information surfaces. We do not disappear after the presentation.

5

Handover and follow-up

Once changes are embedded, we transfer ownership fully. You receive updated process documentation, trained staff and a 60-day follow-up review at no extra charge to make sure gains stick.

Outcomes our clients report

We measure success by what changes in your business, not by the weight of our slide decks. Here are patterns we see across engagements:

  • Average operating cost reduction of 19 per cent within six months of restructuring
  • Sales cycle shortened by 22 per cent after pipeline redesign for B2B service firms
  • Cash reserves increased by an average of £180,000 in the first year through improved forecasting
  • Staff turnover dropped by a third in companies that adopted our internal communication framework
  • Three clients secured Series A funding using the financial models we built together

Questions we hear often

How much does a typical engagement cost?
It depends on scope. A focused revenue diagnostic for a small business runs between £4,000 and £8,000. A full operational restructuring for a mid-market company is usually £15,000 to £35,000, including implementation support. We quote a fixed fee after the discovery call so there are no surprises on your invoice.
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
Both. About 30 per cent of our clients are pre-revenue or early-stage. The work looks different: for startups we focus on financial modelling, go-to-market planning and investor readiness rather than restructuring existing operations.
Can you work remotely or do you need to be on-site?
We prefer at least two on-site days during the diagnostic phase because watching how your team works reveals problems that spreadsheets hide. After that, most of the engagement can run remotely with weekly video calls and shared dashboards.
What industries do you specialise in?
Professional services, logistics, e-commerce and light manufacturing make up most of our portfolio. We have also worked with healthcare practices, hospitality groups and SaaS companies. If your business sells something and employs people, the operational principles transfer.
How quickly can you start?
We typically have capacity to begin a new engagement within two to three weeks of signing. If your situation is urgent, call us directly and we will see what we can rearrange.
